Project Brief
SMILE Foundation and Ericsson CSR our Organisation is offering a “Smile Twin e-Learning Programme”, (STeP) which basically means education for employment for underprivileged youth (18-25 yrs. of age). The programme intends to provide Microsoft Accredited computer training and training on Retail Management buffered with trainings on spoken English and communication skills to make them better employees considering the market needs. The final deliverable of the programme is to connect them with employment opportunities in tune with their preferences and integrate/ mainstream them with formal employment so that they have a unique identity in the workspace. Experience of STeP has been quite promising.

BPOs, Retail Sector, Call Centre, CSTC, IT etc.
